2005 August  Yacht Works, Inc. Receives Prestigious Customer Service Award at Chris- Crafts Annual Dealers Conference

Sarasota, FL (August 28, 2005) Yacht Works, Inc. was recently recognized by the Chris-Craft Corporation at the annual dealers conference with the CSI Award. The CSI Award (Customer Satisfaction Index) is the National Marine Manufactures Association's (NMMA) award of excellence in customer satisfaction of the year of 2005. Yacht Works, Inc had a 99.5 rating based on CSI return survey rating and quality responses giving them one of the highest CSI score.
